I’ve included this page on the site to make it clear where I’m coming from and what the Health and Success principles I teach, write and speak about, are based upon, which is one reason why they work for anyone who acts on them.



I’m not here to push my beliefs on you – you’re entirely free to choose your own beliefs, however I want you to know what I’m ALL about.



I’m a believer in doing things that get results. I don’t have time to waste on things, formulae, etc that don’t work.
I don’t do religion.

I keep things real, as anyone who’s met me can attest to.
